We knew every account of every frigate that came in contact with this monster since the Manitoba incident. We also knew of the fantastic rumors. People had painted pictures of the supposed leviathan. They were ghastly renditions of lizards gobbling up ships - embarrassing dragonlike creatures, much like the dreaded sea serpents of the fifteenth century and the Loch Ness Monster. Read Panel
